Called EZ AIR LATE MONDAY NIGHT VERY HOT WEATHER AND A/C QUIT AND JEFF CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO REPAIR A/C. JEFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. MY A/C WORKS LIKE NEW. HE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. EXPLAIN EXACTLY THE PROBLEM AND HIS REPAIRS. REPAIRS WERE REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER A/C shops

We were in need of a new furnace before the cold weather was upon us, and decided to replace our AC unit also. I contacted Tom of EZ-Air, and he answered all my questions, with options that would work for me. He was attentive throughout the whole process, which was only one week from my initial call until the installation. And the installation went great, all completed in one day with his competent and friendly crew. And they supplied me with information on rebates and tax savings associated with the purchase of high-efficiency units. They were a great company to work with.

Professional Technicians, Quality Work, Good products

EZ-Air, Inc. replaced our AC & Furnace with a Heat Pump and backup furnace. We loved working with them for several reasons. Harvey came out and listened to our needs & concerns and quoted us a solution that addressed them (and one that we found very competitive compared to the other offers). Barry, Jeff & Gavin got the work done in a couple of days. They were professional and respectful - even taking care not to disturb the mother duck who picked a spot under our old AC to lay eggs. As it turns out the day we picked happened to be a colder day in April - but the guys made sure we had heat the first night. The new system operates a lot quieter than our old set up, we're loving the phone app for the new thermostat - and even the duck seems happy ; )

Professional polite and knowledgeable

We recently discovered that our old system had a crack, was unsafe and was older than we originally thought. The guys at ez air made the process simple to know what we needed, why and how much. The same week we were able to have our system installed which was even smoother of a process! They were prompt, worked quickly and explained everything to us. Our new system is running amazing and we feel the difference the upgrades and changes have made. We are happy to have chosen ez air to work with and happy with the final product as well.

Ez-Air INC. is amazing! My furnace was having a bunch of issues on a negative degree day. They were able to get a tech out within a couple hours of my call. A tech came out and identified quite a few issues. Very knowledgeable, and great at explaing what each part was and how it worked. They were able to get me a new furnace and installed within a couple days. Great customer service and very professional! I highly recommend EZ-Air INC. for any heating or A/C needs.

They were very friendly and talkative. Got the part very quickly. Was able to get me an appointment quickly too. Only issue was they were about 30 min late and could have used their messaging service to notify that they were going to be late. I understand jobs take longer so it was not an issue being late. Just would have been nice to know an ETA. Did a visual inspection over everything to make sure it was all good not just the part they installed. They do the job and a little more for safety and peace of mind I would guess.

Furnace went out and I came across EZ-AIR INC doing a google search for furnace repair near me. I gave them a call and out the same day, unfortunately my old furnace was 25 yrs and it was time for a new one. EZ-AIR was able to get me a new one installed within the same week. Great team. Great work and definitely recommend.

Incredibly professional work. Everyone was super knowledgeable/informative on the equipment and job at hand. Made sure to ask myself questions as well as answer any questions brought at them. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone that asks for household HVAC work. Excellent work all around! From the owner down to the workers communication is great.
